               THE PROCESS ::

                   Getting Started

 

GWCAS has matched and placed over 287 student athletes with universities and colleges across the U.S.  It has evolved into a national network of collegiate administrators including, but not limited to, university athletic directors, coaches, athletic trainers, educators and academic advisors. 

  

We like speaking with student athletes & connecting with parents.  GWCAS interviews are conducted with both the student athlete and parent(s) present to ensure all parties are well informed of the intake & placement process. In the best interest of student athletes, family dynamics are also taken into consideration during the match / placement process.

Student athletes in the beginning of either their junior or senior high school year, should compile and submit a personal profile package.  Current college students, (including transfer and non-enrolled students), should contact us and submit a package as soon as possible. 

​

Remember, there are important dates and deadlines associated with universities, schools and testing organizations that are crucial and can impact your progress. 

  

 

    The Personal Profile Package should include ::

​

•  Two (2) student athlete photos ::  One head-and-shoulders and one full-length 

•  A bio highlighting both academic and athletic accomplishments

•  GPA, SAT and ACT test scores

•  A highlight video or film showcasing athletic abilities
